Management Team

Patrick Maddox, President::

Patrick was the original founder of SiteVision, Inc. and continues to perform day-to-day operations management, new business efforts, client relationship services, consulting, strategy development, overall financial management of the organization, and marketing and advertising duties.  He has been involved in providing Internet application solutions, both hands on and in the management capacity, to clients for 13 years.

Shannon Carr, Vice President::

Shannon has 11 years of experience in Internet application development with the past 8 year's experience as development team manager. His areas of expertise include web application development with emphasis in user interface and application layout as well as Internet geospatial technologies. He works closely with the client to develop system design, data maintenance, quality standards and training programs, including application and programming training. Shannon has working knowledge of enterprise-class relational database management systems and web based application development tools, technologies and languages.

Shirley Simmons, Director of Administration::  

Shirley became part of the Management Team in January of 2006 bringing a diverse background in human resource development and is widely skilled in administration and employee benefits. Her areas of expertise include management of the day-to-day business operations. She is experienced in multi-cultural workforce.

Joseph Brislin, Development Team Leader::

Joe joined the SiteVision, Inc. team in September of 2009. Joe brings with him extensive experience in production team management, resource allocation, budgeting, general project management, as well as strategic planning and initiatives. His experience includes extensive hands-on involvement with front and back-end design, development of high traffic consumer e-commerce, social networks -- and enterprise level internal/external web applications. Joe also brings with him an impressive range of technical skills in a broad range of languages, methods and frameworks, database technologies, developer tools, and graphics. He is an Adobe Certified Advance Coldfusion 7 Developer.

Steven Gunter, Hosting Department Manager::

Steven holds MCP- Microsoft Certified Professional certification and is a CISCO Networking Academy Graduate. In his former position he managed a team responsible for the 24x7 monitoring and administration of the central computer, phone systems, LAN-WAN, Web sites, Email systems, security systems, all helpdesk requests, and various warranty and maintenance projects. Steven's technical skills include Linux/Unix and Windows environments, IIS/Apache and SQL server management, Cisco Systems technologies, Microsoft Cluster Services and numerous other IT protocols.
